What is Rhodiola Rosea?
Rhodiola Rosea is an adaptogenic herb very similar to ginkgo biloba, ginseng or caffeine in its energy inducing cognitive enhancing effects. How Much Will have to I Take?
We recommend taking 2 capsules daily. Each capsule contains 200mg Rhodiola Rosea Extract, of which contains 3% Salidrosides; 6mg per capsule.
