Tyrosine is an amino acid that is chemically a pre-cursor to adrenaline. It is for that reason Tyrosine has gained popularity as a pre-workout ingredient. Tyrosine Can also be produced in the body from Phenylalanine and Can also be found in bananas and avocados. On the other hand, the quantities consumed in the diet are in most cases somewhat low.
L-Tyrosine must be taken when convenient, preferably on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. It is usually taken 30 minutes before exercise or work to help beef up stimulation and focus.

Mix 2 scoops (approximately 1g) with 50ml water or a pre-workout drink, ideally on an empty stomach. Take 1-2 servings daily.
L-Tyrosine must not be used if you suffer from hypertension or skin cancer. In case you are taking prescribed anti-depressant drugs we would also suggest that you do not use L-Tyrosine.
